1 Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Butter
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
How To Make :
- Heat oven to 200C
- Combine Sugar, Butter, Egg & Peanut Butter in bowl & MIX. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt. MIX Well
- Shape dough into 1 – ½ inch ball. Place 2 inchs apart on cookie sheet. Flatten balls Criss-Cross pattern with Fork.
- Bake +8 – +10 Minutes / Till edges Brown
