- 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 100ml (200ml) Milk to MIX
How To Make:
- Sieve Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and Baking Powder
- Rub Butter & Egg & Sugar into Flour with fingertips
- MIX to a soft dough with Milk
- Turn dough on to a lightly Floured board. Knead out cracks
- Roll out quickly to 8mm thick
- Cut into rounds and place on a lightly greased baking sheet
- Brush tops with Milk or beaten egg and bake immediately at 200C for +10 minutes.
